Who am I?

David Tebbetts
Work with an expert who knows your market

People do business with people because they choose to, not because they have to. We can always find others doing the same thing or selling the same product, it's the personal connection that makes the difference.

Dave joined the Kensington Real Estate Brokerage team in 2016 and brings with him 15 years worth of experience as an educator. With a background in developing interpersonal and professional relationships with people, clients can be assured of a positive rapport founded on the principles of communication, knowledge, engagement, and understanding. Dave possesses considerable insight about the hockomock area as well as its surrounding towns. Raised in Foxboro, Dave moved to North Attleboro shortly after graduating from college in 2007. Whether you are looking to sell your property or purchase a new place to call home, Dave’s skills and expertise will ensure a smooth and harmonious process from start to finish.

His personal interests include spending time with his wife Kim, daughter Laney, and dog Ace, traveling as much as possible, and spending time on Cape Cod during both the offseason and summer months. He enjoys anything that is Boston sports related and also has a true passion for anything having to do with history including visiting national and state parks, historical sites, and attending scholarly seminars.

Dave is ready to bring his energy, knowledge, and commitment to you in order to assist in making the best decisions about your real estate investments and achieving your goals!

I chose to become a real estate agent because…

I am passionate about helping people navigate one of the most significant purchases in one's life!

The best thing about my job is...

Sitting at the closing table and feeling the positive energy from my client, knowing what the purchase of a home means to them.
